Sublingual HCG Diet Mixing Instructions using 5000 iu of hcg. Dosing approx. 333 iu

STEP 1

Wash your hands with soap and water and prepare a clean work area, you can go the extra mile by disinfecting the area with Lysol. Bring all your required supplies to the work area. Stir or shake up your B-12 and colloidal silver.

STEP 2

Depending on the brand of HCG you have you will ether remove the cap from the HCG (Hucog,  & Corion) then clean the rubber top seal with an alcohol pad, or if you have the glass HCG ampoule (Highly Purified, Fertigyn, HCG-SP) you will clean it with the alcohol pad and then you will break off the top by giving it a quick snap away from you ( You will need amoule breakers to open these). Note HCG sometimes comes with a second vial, it contains liquid, you will not use this other vial and you can discard it.

STEP 3

You will use the 20 ml mixing syringe to draw out 2 ML of the Colloidal Silver. You will then place the needle into the vial containing the hcg and slowly plunge the CS down the side of the bottle. The hcg will dissolve instantly so there is no need of stirring.

STEP 4

open the B-12 Complex and pull 13 ML into the syringe. Open your Amber Boston Round and inject the B-12 into the bottle. Go back to the hcg bottle and pull all the hcg from this bottle with your 20 ml syringe and then slowly plunge the hcg down the side of the Amber Mixing bottle into the B-12 Complex.

Once this accomplished you will have a total of 15 ML of HCG for sublingaul use. This will last approx. 15 days.

Dosing:  Take 1/2 CC (50 units on syringe) Twice Daily. One upon waking up in the morning and then 12 hours later.  Hold under tongue Approx. 30 mins. Spit out or swallow. STORE IN REFRIGERATOR.

HINT: Mix vials as needed to keep your hcg fresh.
